By furnishing this information, you authorize Surya Hospitals reserves to contact you through telephonic calls, SMS, and/or electronic mail regarding your booked appointments and to provide information about our services.
- The provided consultation time is indicative, and the actual consultation time may vary. Appointment bookings are solely for initial consultations and not for follow-up consultations.
- Any changes or cancellations in the appointment should be communicated by calling the number specified in our confirmation email or SMS. If a patient arrives late, the appointment slot may be released, and the patient will be treated as a walk-in, subject to the doctor's availability.
- Complete and accurate details of new patients are mandatory, and this information may be used for data analysis and marketing purposes. By accepting these Terms, you expressly permit Surya Hospitals reserves to use the provided data for these purposes.

PAYMENT
When Surya Hospitals receives a transaction instruction from you regarding any services or products on the website, through the appropriate mode, Surya Hospitals will have the right to debit the specified account for the payment along with any associated charges for the transaction. For all paid OPD appointments, the invoice will be generated 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. An email and SMS containing the invoice number will be sent to the email address and mobile number provided during booking. It is essential to present this SMS at the hospital counter to obtain a hard copy of the invoice and avail the services.
- A payment is not considered complete until a transaction number is issued. If you do not receive a transaction number, please proceed to make your payment again or utilize an alternative payment method.
- If you do not receive a transaction number, either in the form of a confirmation page or email, following the submission of payment information, or if you encounter an error message or experience a service interruption, it is your responsibility to verify with your bank or the Customer Service Department whether your payment has been successfully processed. Any issues during the payment process may only be known to you, and Surya Hospital will not be held accountable for any losses, whether monetary or otherwise if you presume that payment was not completed due to a lack of confirmation. For Credit/Debit Card bookings, both the card and cardholder must be present at the billing counter.
Confirmation/ Evidence of Transaction:

- SMS confirmation: A text message confirming your booking will be sent to the mobile number provided during the reservation process. Please present the SMS information at the billing counter to receive a printed invoice.
- Email confirmation: A confirmation of your booking will be emailed to the address provided during the booking process. You can print this confirmation and present it at the billing counter to obtain a printed invoice.
Paid Appointments
- SMS confirmation: Your booking and payment confirmation will be sent to the mobile number provided during the booking process via SMS. In the case of OPD appointments, the system will automatically generate an invoice 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. The system will then send the invoice number to the mobile number you provided during booking via SMS. To obtain a printed duplicate copy of the invoice, please present this SMS at the designated location.
- Email confirmation: Confirmation of your booking and payment will be emailed to the address you provided during the booking process. In the case of OPD appointments, the system will automatically generate an invoice 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. This invoice will be sent as an attachment to the email address you provided during the booking.
Regarding any transactions authorized by Surya Hospital through its website at any given time, Surya Hospital’s internal records of these transactions, whether maintained through computer systems or other means, which include the timestamp of the transaction(s), will serve as definitive evidence of the authenticity and accuracy of those transactions. These records will be deemed conclusive and binding on your part for all intents and purposes.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Rescheduling
Rescheduling online paid consultations or PHP appointments is limited to the same hospital and the specific physician initially chosen. This can only be done prior to the generation of the invoice. Once the invoice is generated, cancellation and refund procedures outlined below must be adhered to. If necessary, a new booking should be initiated. In contrast, rescheduling nonpaid consultations or PHP appointments allows flexibility across any hospital under Surya Hospitals Pvt Ltd.
Cancellations
Cancellation by the Customer-
- If you have booked an online paid appointment and did not receive the services at the scheduled time, despite the issuance of invoices, it is necessary to cancel the invoice in person at the relevant hospital counter to initiate the refund process.
- For online paid bookings related to Preventive Health Checks (PHP), if the service is not utilized on the appointment date, the cancellation for a refund can be initiated through the call centre, by clicking the provided link in the confirmation email, or by submitting a written request for cancellation at the respective hospital counter.
Cancellation by Surya Hospital -
- At times, the Doctor or Surya Hospital may cancel or reschedule OPDs or appointments. In such instances, we will make an effort to reach out to you and reimburse the amount following Surya Hospital's policy. You are welcome to schedule a new appointment at your convenience or visit our website for a fresh booking.
Refunds:
Upon receiving a valid cancellation notice for the appointment and/or PHP, in accordance with the information mentioned earlier, we will initiate a refund using the same method as the original payment. If the payment was made through a Credit/Debit Card or net banking, the refund will be processed through the respective Credit/Debit Card or net banking account. Typically, refunds are completed within 3 working days. It's important to note that any delays in crediting the amount to the Cardholder's credit card account or account holder’s bank account are beyond our control and are managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
A refund reference number will be provided for your records and further communication with your bank. It's essential to highlight that no refund or cancellation requests will be accommodated for payments made against bills or services already received. Additionally, cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances for cancellations.
Important
If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled appointment, it is advised to cancel the appointment through the link provided in the confirmation email or by contacting the Surya Hospital call centre.
Cancellation via email or the call centre is permissible for all bookings until either the time of the appointment or the generation of the invoice, whichever occurs earlier.
