Job Title: Patient Care Executive
Report to whom: Manager- Operation
Qualification : Graduate, Post Graduate
Responsible for :All In-Patient related activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting and introduction for new admissions.
- Daily interaction with the patients, query handling & collecting feedback from the patient/attendant in both Hard copy & digital format.
- To keep the ambience neat and tidy with co-ordination with Facility team.
- IP Coordination: Floor operations, Bed management, bed allocation, Ward management, utility management etc.
- Monitoring various clinical projects, the discharge process TAT improvements. Admission discharger criteria, these trends and score presented to the management on monthly basis.
- To ensure timely room clearing by the F&B staff.
- Follow-up for the negative reviews and ensuring the patient satisfaction.
- Ensure that all the in-patients are met every day and their queries are resolved.
- Make arrangements and celebrate special occasions of in patients.
- Collect feedback in prescribed feedback forms from all patients and share the analysis with the management on a monthly basis.
- Oversee the redressal of grievances/complaints received from the patients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Continuously get involved in the reviewing of processes for better service delivery.
- Enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the attendant comfortable and familiar with the hospital.
- To handle quality related work.
- Regular conversation with the treating doctor to enhance service facilitation.
- Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
