Job Title: Manager - HR

Report to whom: Facility Director 

Responsible for :    All HR related activities 
Qualification : MBA- HR (Hospital experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Human Resource Planning & HR Budgeting:

  • Resource planning. Responsible for setting up of HR systems and their effective implementation to ensure individual and organizational development. 
  • Prepare HR budget for the hospital and ensure expenses are within the approved budget.   

Recruitment & Selection:

  • To Supervise Recruitment related activities of the team, Liasoning with recruitment consultants, coordination of interviews with concerned departments. 
  • Conducting Final round of Interview.
  • Responsible to Supervise issuance of letters e.g. offer, appointment, appraisal etc. after proper onboarding process/ Documentation.

Payroll:

  • To prepare payroll in accordance with the Statutory compliances.
  • To prepare several MIS required by the management.
  • Responsible to performance management as defined in the policy.  

Training & Induction:

  • Designing, Implementing & Coordinating with respective Department Personnel for a proper Hospital Orientation and Induction program for the new employees.
  • Coordination to provide adequate facilities to the new employee - I-card, access card, PC, phone, stationary, uniform etc.
  • Coordination of on-job-training program of the staff in association with concerned departments.

Statutory Compliances & NABH Aspects:

  • Supervision and implementation of all aspects described in manual for continuous improvement of the department.
  • To attend all the relevant committee meetings and ensure follow up & closure of observations related to his/her concerned department.
  • To ensure timely submission of quality indicators data to Quality Department for further analysis.
  • To file all the Monthly & Annual returns on time.
  • To complete all the Statutory Compliances with in time.
  • To face various Audits and close the NCs on time.

Rewards & Recognition:

  • Design & Implement Various Welfare Activities for employees.
  • Design & Implement Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
  • To Keep employees motivated by various Employee engagement & Motivational activities.
  • To address various Employee Grievances with in stipulated time frame. 

Discipline & Conduct of Employees:

  • To ensure proper discipline and conduct of the employees in the organization.
  • To ensure discipline and punctuality in the staff, in regards to the working times, overtimes and leave.

Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the Facility Director from time to time.
