How long will I need to stay at Surya hospitals?
The length of your stay depends on your condition and treatment, but we generally suggest giving yourself a week to 10 days, in case you need additional testing or treatments after your consultation.
Where can I stay while receiving care at Surya hospitals?
We can recommend a number of local hotels, inns and apartments for rent. We recommend booking your accommodations after you have made an appointment.
Can I register by telephone?
Yes, but we will also ask you to register online.
What is the cost of care at Surya hospitals?
Patient coordinators will provide you an estimate based on the services your clinical care will require. This estimate is provided based on information available to us at the time.
How should I send my medical documents?
You can send medical records via email or you can send hard copies of your films or slides via courier services.
Can I send medical documents written in other languages?
No. All documents must be in English. We recommend that records are translated at home to avoid any delays.
Does Surya hospitals translate medical documents?
No. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide documents in English.
Are interpreter services available at Surya hospitals?
Yes. Please let your patient coordinator know if you need an interpreter for your visit.
